Mitchell
Chief Executive Officer
Wayne Mitchell began his career at Natwest and is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
In 1987, he moved to Washington DC where he joined Petra Bank as a treasury specialist. From Petra, Mitchell joined Ruesch International, a major international payment provider, as vice-president.
At Ruesch, Wayne took over the New York Regional office as General Manager and subsequently opened an office covering the Southern Region, based in Atlanta. In 1994, he returned to the UK to establish an operation based in London, which grew to being the largest office within the Ruesch Group.

Peacock
Non Executive Chairman
Eric is currently the chief executive officer of Exemplas Holdings Limited. His previous experience includes chairman and chief executive officer in a range of international businesses including Babygro plc, divisional chief executive officer of Hollis International plc and managing director of Barbour Limited. He has international business development experience in over 80 countries and in 2003 he received The Most Distinguished Order of St Michael & St George for Services to International Trade.

Sarah
Collis
Finance Director
Sarah, born in the UK in 1961, studied economics at Durham University before joining Price Waterhouse as a trainee. She is a chartered accountant and the Group Finance Director of Ekwienox. Prior to joining Ekwienox in February 2005 Sarah had held a number of senior positions within the Prebon Group Limited including Finance Director for the Money Broking Group and separately Finance Director for the IT Group, which were sister companies to Prebon, before joining Prebon Sarah worked as a Financial Controller within both the drinks and car industries.

Geoff
Mayhill
Non Executive Director
Geoff, born in New Zealand in 1958. He studied law and finance at Auckland University and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1982 and then admitted as a solicitor in the UK in 1992. He is a Director and the General Counsel of Ekwienox Limited and is responsible, among other matters, for legal issues affecting the Group.Prior to joining Ekwienox in May 2005 Geoff had been the General Counsel of the Prebon Group having joined a predecessor of that Group in 1986. Before joining Prebon Geoff worked as a solicitor for Wilde Sapte (now Denton Hall Wilde Sapte).

Charles
McLeod
Non Executive Director
Charles began his career at Lloyds of London in 1980, with Burgoyne Alford as a non-marine insurance broker. He then worked for Lockwood, Hughes and Walsh Limited, a commodities broker in London, leaving in 1987 to establish his own property development company which he ran for twelve years. He returned to the financial services industry in 1999 as senior trader for Currencies Direct Limited and established The 4Less Group (now Baydonhill plc) in March 2000.
